Over the last 30+ years, he has navigated the company through the ever-expanding needs of the industry, has strategically invested in leading edge technology, and has seen NCCI’s client base grow to include over 300 companies across a multitude of industries. He continues to provide the vision and passion that will propel NCCI for decades to come.
As President of NCCI, Matt oversees the operations and execution of the company’s strategic goals. He has proven to build high-performance teams by leveraging his team’s strengths, skills, and ideas. Matt’s continuous goals are to provide the most cutting-edge client resources by developing innovative technology solutions, prospecting new product and service opportunities, and offering outstanding client services. As a forward-thinking executive, he pushes for operational excellence and recognizes necessary changes.
Alice joined NCCI in 2014. Prior to joining 2014, Alice represented NCCI as outside counsel and served NCCI in an advisory capacity for eight years. Today, Alice leads NCCI's Legal Department and collaborates with NCCI’s Compliance Department to mitigate risks and ensure compliance driven products and services. Alice believes in partnering with our clients to build optimal results and long-lasting relationships.
Nichele started her career at NCCI in 2005. During that time, she has held various leadership roles and today strategically guides NCCI’s operations teams. Her commitment to both an environment of collaborative teamwork and continuous improvement ensures that NCCI’s processes continue to produce results that exceed customer expectations. Her dedication to success is evident to all NCCI clients and team members alike.
Mark joined NCCI in 1996. Prior to serving as Director of Compliance, Mark has held positions in Sales, Vendor Management and Operations. These experiences provided exposure to the various nuances of the business and industries NCCI serves. All of which has provided valuable insight and knowledge he uses today leading NCCI’s Compliance Department. His commitment to Best Business Practices ensures NCCI mitigates risks and provides compliance driven products and services.
As SVP of Marketing and Events, Christina is the driving force behind all branding and product positioning strategies for both new and existing market verticals. With over 25 years of graphic design, marketing, and event planning experience, her passion and creativity are integral drivers to our brand positioning, showcasing the broad range of NCCI's products and services.
Gabby joined NCCI in 2021, and is the primary contact for both Credit Unions and Auto Finance companies interested in NCCI's services. Her career began at NCCI in operations, where she developed in-depth understanding of all NCCI's products and services. This experience provided the skill set to match client's needs with NCCI's suite of products and services. Her passion and enthusiasm are evident to all existing and prospective clients.
