In a recent post, we wrote about NCCI’s 3-All-in-One AVM Service. It allows our customers to simply log in, submit an address and download a valuation report – all in less than 5 minutes and at a price point they can afford.
This was important to us because we kept hearing about innovative new solutions our technology partners were developing but were frustrated that they were pricing these new offerings much higher than many of our clients could afford.
We understand why this happens. These large technology developers sink a lot of resources into their products and their first target market is the largest financial institutions.
